Hello, I’m Kathryn Sprandio Ells. Welcome to my life. I’m a Philadelphia based writer and stay at home mom of 4 (5 if you count my husband). I’m here to over share and entertain. I’m so grateful to be with my kids all day every day, even when they are hitting me with a Buzz Lightyear action figure begging for cookies. But, like any normal human, sometimes I need a minute.

I’ve always enjoyed writing and now that I’m a Mom, I’ve relied on it as a cathartic creative outlet.
